Yes [Y] Question about integration options
Reply Quote
hi,

we're also looking for a new WYSIWYG editor for webdevelopment framework and your editor looks promising... A few question though:

The `filesystem` our clients use is completely database-driver, wich means that files are all being retrieved trough scripts. (e.g. images, usually referred to as "/img/myimg.jpg" is "/download/index.php?id=123" in our case) We've seen quite some editors where vital regexes break under these circumstances thus being useless...

My questions:
- Is this a known and/or tested scenario for the upload add-on?
- Is the multiple file upload script able to use custom scripts for filelisting? XML based for example? The same goes for the creation, deletion and editing of directories...
- Is the .fla source develiverd with the component, so the interface can be changed too?
- We'ld like one dialog in the editor for (multiple) uploading and inserting images (and adding alt texts for example) all in one procedure.. Is this possible with this add-on?
- If possible, we'ld like to recycle this upload dialog in the link-dialog, so a user can upload and link a document using the link dialog... Is this possible in any way?

Please let me know, Thanx!

With regards,

Tim de Koning

Hi Tim,

pinUpload is currently encrypted at server side and the flash source is not delivered.

But this is just a matter of price...
If you are interested please send an email to support@pintexx.com.

The system works service oriented that means that the client calls server routines for creating folders, deletion etc.

If you have the PHP source it should be easy to modify the code to save everything to a database.

Regards,
Hans-Peter
