Clicable Web Link rendering in a PDF
Reply Quote

Hi Hans Peter,

After you helped me on this forum and my demonstration of your tool, my company actually purchased 10 licensed version of PinPDF 2.0

Thank you for that, but I have a new question... Is it possible to have the end PDF to render a web link behind an alias.

I know that if the PDF contain a text like www.mywebsite.zzz then when you open it in Acrobat Reader, you can clic this text and follow the link.

However, I need to create a clicable link in my PDF and it needs to be "clic here". Behind the scene though, the URL is very long and complicated.

I tried :

<a href"complicatedURL">clic here</a>

but it does not work :(

How can I create this link in the end PDF ?

Regards,

Nicolson.
