objToolbars.createMenuButton not working

Hi
We have been using the Pinedit WP version 5.0.0613 for a while now, but recently the product has been acting erratic. The dropdown menus do not display any images (image.gif, image_upload.gif) but if the page is reloaded, the images are displayed, but then every dropdown then only displays one type of dropdown menu (whichever was the first menu to be clicked after the page reload becomes the default dropdown menu for all the dropdown menus). I have upgraded to version, however I am still having the same problems.

Hi,
we can not reproduce this issue.
Did you make changes to the scripts ?
Can you use the original scripts ?

No we did not make any changes to the scripts. I upgraded to version 5.2x, however even though I have overwritten my old scripts with the new ones, the problem still persists. Besides, I cannot change the scripts anyway, since they are encrypted. The only scripts that I have changed, are the config scripts. I find that the objToolbars.createMenuButton method and the objToolbars.createMenuItem method are not assigning the right images and actions as they should. (config_toolbar_auto.js)

Hi,
that's what I mean.
I was talking about the config scripts.
Please try the original ones of the evaluation.
I would recommend not to change config_toolbar_auto.js because this is part of the core system.
Maybe you have configured the wrong objects.
You will find a list of object codes in config_toolbar_auto.js
