Umlauts in SpellChecker with JSF doesn't work

I integrate the newest PinEdit version (7.1.1106) with my JSF application, but there is a problem with spellChecker.
If I type some words with umlauts (e.q. ü) all those characters are replaced by strange signs in Spell Check window.
Changing locale on web browser doesn't help.
Please, can anyone know how to fix it?
