unable to write html to temp file

Hi,
I get this error when I call the process() method from my web application (configured with writing rights)
errorCode = [99], message d'erreur = [unable to write html to temp file. c:\windows\system32\config\system~1\locals~1\temp\pdfujfckdpw.htm.]
Do you have an idea of the problem ?

To be precise, the real path is where pinPDF is unable to write is :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp

which version of pinPDF and which operating system ?
Does it work if you set write rights to this folder ?

I use the last version of pinPDF on windows Server 2003
I set the rights correctly on this folder and it works fine now.
