embed src command lost in HTML for Flash

We’re experiencing some unpredictable behaviour with the editor.
For example, when we paste the following code into the html view, and then switch to edit view and then back to html view, the editor does some formatting and in the process loses the ‘embed src’ command.
When the web page that uses this code is then viewed, the flash no longer works correctly (firefox). We assume this is because the editor has removed the ‘embed src’ command.
Do you know why it would do this?
