Can we remove hotkey from the editor?

I'd like to prevent users from using those hotkeys when they are using the editor, especially Ctrl C & Ctrl V when it's in readonly mode. Also, when I use Ctrl S, the save dialog pops up, although I have removed the save icon from the toolbar (I want the user to use the save button I provided).

Is there a way to remove the hotkeys?
