Hi,

If you type in the editor some spaces, they are correctly replaced in the HTML code by &nbsp codes.
Now from the view menu switch to Normal (or Page) Layout. Look at the HTML code again. The &nbsp codes are replaced by
 

I'm using the desktop version but this error can be seen on your online demo as well.
