Text selection directly after typing being deleted when spell-checker is on

Using pinEdit.NET version 7.2. DLL file versions:
pinEditNet.dll - 7.2.3.209
pinEditSpell.dll - 7.2.0.928
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open the editor and turn spell-checking on if it wasn't already
- Type some misspelled words until the red lines begin appearing
- Type a new word and then immediately make a drag-selection with the mouse - the selected text disappears as if the delete key had been pressed. The timing feels like the selection is deleted after the spell-checking delay (how long it would take before the red line appears)
- Turn spell-checking off, the problem stops

Sorry for the delay in responding. By drag selection I mean that I type the word, and then immediately click somewhere inside the word (or on the boundary of it) and then drag the mouse to make a selection and then release the mouse. Shortly after releasing the mouse the selection I just made disappears as if I hit the delete key.
This sounds very specific, but we have had several different users complain about selections deleting words and this is the easiest way I came up with to reproduce the problem. Turning off spell-checking definitely stops it from happening.

I tried downloading the latest pinEditWebFolder and pinEditNetDLL from http://www.pintexx.com/Products/Text-Components/pinEdit/Fix. As far as I can tell this has not changed the problem. I was still able to see the "disappearing" text issue with spell checker turned on and it stopped happening after I turned spell checker off.
