Bottom Toolar Bar not showing

I am using pinEditWP in ASP.NET.

I am trying to configure the toolbar for the editor using the Toolbar Designer. There are two major elements in it Top and Bottom. The bottom toolbar contains Edit, HTML and Preview but does not actually show on the editor itself.

Daniel,

in pinEdit WP the bottom toolbar is disabled because there is no HTML view supported.
