Toolbar and Menu Disappear in HTML and Preview Modes

Why do the menu and toolbar disappear when you switch to html or preview modes? How can one switch back to edit mode in thhis case?

Hi,

you do not need the toolbars amd menu in HTML/Previwe mode, that's the reason.

But it can be controlled in config_toolbar.js

You can switch back by üressing edit button.
